How to Apply?

Please fill in the above PDF form, and attach it to an email and send to kteinaki@musicworks.co.nz, or fax to : 09 634 5615,  and a member of our Instrument Hire department will contact you once this has been recieved. Then it's as simple as picking up your new instrument!

Alternatively fill out the form and visit any of our 32 helpful stores, and of course forms can be filled out instore if you prefer. Please note, not all stores carry Hire Instruments in stock, you may want to call the store before visiting if you need an instrument urgently.

MusicWorks offers New Zealand's foremost hire programme with the option to purchase, backed up by friendly service from one of its 32 nation-wide stores. Our programme offers individuals and institutions the chance to hire an instrument or instruments before purchasing with the ability to use 24 MONTHS of your payments towards the purchase of an instrument of equal or greater value, or up to 12 MONTHS off the instrument you are currently hiring. You can of course return the instrument with no further obligation should you not wish to purchase.

email your form to hire@musicworks.co.nz, then a staff member from our Hire Team will be in contact, or print it out and take it to any of our helpful stores.

Schools receive $20 for every pupil, by hiring instruments from MusicWorks on the School Year option and $10 for every pupil who signs up on the monthly or six monthly options. Please note that the hirer has the option of crediting their first two years hire payment towards the purchase of the instrument they are hiring.
