Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our stores carry more music instruments and/or items that is currently listed on our website.

    If you are interested in an item that isn't listed, phone your local MusicWorks store to check if they have it in stock.

    You can find their details here.

  • Yes you can — simply select "Click and Collect" in the order process, and select which store you'd like to collect your order from.

    Please note that your selected store may not have the selected item in stock, and we may need to have the item shipped there — this may take a few days.

    When your purchase is ready to be picked up, you will be contacted by one of the store staff.

  • Yes - so long as the goods have not yet been dispatched.

    Please email us immediately and be sure to include your order number and any other relevant details.

  • "Floor stock" refers to items that are on display within any one of our of our retail stores and have been made available for customers to try out instore.

    They have the same warranty conditions and may come in the original packaging.

    Floor stock purchases include all manuals and accessories as they non-floor stock equivalents.

    If any of our floor stock is not in sellable condition, it will not be sold. All other product definitions can be found at our Website Terms and Conditions

  • MusicWorks offer Afterpay, Gem Interest Free and Finance Now as our finance providers.

    When making a purchase at our shopping cart, simply select either Afterpay or Gem Interest Free as a finance provider.

    Finance Now is exclusively available in our stores. Contact them here for more details.
